Memorial Jewelry Return Policy
Our return policy is 30 days from the shipping date of your order, provided that the usage guidelines in the jewelry care guide have been respected. When you receive your order, we recommend you thoroughly check that the jewelry you received matches what you selected. If 30 days have passed, this Return Policy no longer applies.
Given the unique and personalized nature of each Fée du jardin piece of jewelry, every sale is considered final. Returns may only apply in a few rare exceptions.
For example:
The jewelry received is broken.
The appearance of the jewelry does not match the options selected during the order (color, size, etc.).
In either of these cases, you can request an exchange by contacting us by email at the following address: contact@feedujardin.com. No refunds will apply.
When you contact us, we will provide you with the instructions to follow by email to proceed with the exchange of your jewelry. Please note that additional fees, such as shipping costs or repair fees, may apply under certain conditions.
No returns will be accepted for any jewelry sold on sale or during a promotion. No refunds will be issued for the loss of your jewelry unless otherwise advised.

Policy for All Other Products
You have a period of 14 days following the receipt of the item to request an exchange or a refund.
Unless you specified during the purchase that you wanted express shipping, delivery is generally within 3 to 7 business days.
Customers who wish to request a refund must contact us by email to get approval. Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number.
Exchanges are allowed, except for special orders and custom-made items.
The customer must cover the shipping costs in case of a return.
All merchandise must be in its original packaging and be in a resalable condition to be exchanged and refunded.
Exchanges will be processed based on inventory availability. In case of a stockout, you will be notified by email.
All products will be shipped after final payment is received.
